Due to the personal nature of handmade soap and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Returns

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. To initiate a return request, please contact us view our Contact form below before sending any items back.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or issue on our part
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via our Contact form below within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace or refund eligible items.

  • Custom or limited-edition item
  • Opened or used soap

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
